At Gepherrini, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Below, you’ll find all the information regarding our shipping and return policies.

Shipping within Canada

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times for expedited orders typically range from 2-3 business days.

 

Shipping Fees


We offerfree standard shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
Need it sooner? Choose expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15 CAD.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within Canada. For any special shipping requests or inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gepherrini purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order, following the guidelines below.

 

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (including any tags or dust bags).

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return an Item

To initiate a return, log into your account and request a return from you order page or contact our customer service team at info@gepherrini.ca to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the return authorization number, and ship it back to us.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7- 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
