All designs, trademarks, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Gepherrini. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. If unauthorized access occurs, Gepherrini must be notified immediately.
While we strive for precision, occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. Gepherrini reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel orders affected by such errors, even after payment has been processed.
Payment Methods
Gepherrini accepts secure online payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Your payment details are encrypted and securely transmitted through our payment gateway provider. Gepherrini does not store full credit card information on its servers.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Gepherrini to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method. If a payment cannot be verified or processed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
To process transactions securely, customers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment details. By making a purchase, you confirm that all provided information is correct.
Shop Pay Installments
Gepherrini offers the option to complete your purchase through Shop Pay Installments, a service provided by Shopify in partnership with Affirm. When selecting this method at checkout, you may split your order total into four equal, interest-free payments or other available financing terms displayed at checkout.
All installment plans are managed by Shop Pay and Affirm, independent of Gepherrini. By choosing this option, you agree to the payment terms set by those providers. Gepherrini does not influence approval decisions, payment schedules, or credit terms.
Refunds for orders paid via Shop Pay Installments will be processed according to Gepherrini’s standard Return Policy. Once a refund is issued, future scheduled payments will be cancelled and completed payments will be reimbursed by Shop Pay in accordance with their policies. Please note that transaction or processing fees charged by Shop Pay Installments are non-refundable.
